Carnation Basic Muffin Mix Ingredients

2 1/2 c All-purpose flour	2 1/2 tb Baking powder
1 c Rolled oats	1 tb Cinnamon
1 c Sugar	1 ts Salt
1 1/4 c Carnation Instant Skim Milk	1/4 ts Ground cloves
