Carrot Cake (2 Layer) (10) Ingredients

1 1/2 c Cooking oil 4 Eggs
2 c Grated carrots 1 pn Salt
1 c Chopped nuts ICING
1 ts Cinnamon 1 pk (8 oz) cream cheese
1 ts Soda 1 ts Vanilla
1 c White sugar 1 1/2 Stick melted butter
1 c Dark brown sugar 1 c Chopped nuts
2 c Self rising flour 1 pk Powdered sugar

Instructions for Carrot Cake (2 Layer) (10)

Cream oil and sugar. Add eggs one at a time. Add carrots, flour, salt, cinnamon and soda. Fold in nuts. Bake at 30-35 min. in 2 X 9 layers. ICING: Mix until smooth.
