Carrot Muffins Ingredients

sugar
1 1/2 ts
Baking soda
1 1/4 c
Corn
oil
1/4 ts
Salt

Eggs
2 ts
Cinnamon

Flour
2 c Grated
carrot

Baking powder
Instructions for Carrot Muffins
Preheat oven to 345 F. Cream sugar and oil, add eggs one at a time, beat well after each. Add dry ingredients and mix well. Stir in carrots, pour into prepared pans and bake 20 -25 minutes or until center springs back when touched. This recipe is from Noah Restaurant on Laurier Ave. and was requested by a client.
