Short Ribs of Beef Ingredients

3 lb Beef short ribs	2 c Canned tomatoes
1 Clove garlic	2 tb Fat
1 cn Onion soup	Flour
Salt	Black pepper

Instructions for Short Ribs of Beef

Rub ribs with cut end of garlic, coat meat with flour, salt & pepper. Brown in fat on all sides. Add soup & tomatoes. Cover, cook slowly for about 2 hours or until tender.
