Carrot Tsimmes with a Twist Ingredients

4 c Carrots; use the already	2 tb Sugar
5 tb Butter or margarine	1/2 ts Thyme
1/2 c Orange or apple juice	Salt and pepper
2 tb Onion; grated

Instructions for Carrot Tsimmes with a Twist
