Pineapple Chicken - for the Holidays Ingredients

3 lb Chicken peices (up to 3-1/2) 1 cn (19 oz) pineabble chunks;
Salt 1/2 c Diced green pepper
Pepper 1/2 c Diced red pepper
Paprika 1 c Sliced mushrooms
1 cn (10 oz) consomme 3 tb Soya sauce.

Instructions for Pineapple Chicken - for the Holidays

Place chicken, skin side down on pan. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and lots of paprika. Add consomme. Cover and bake for 1 hr. at 350 degrees. Turn skin side up. Add pineapple, peppers, mushrooms, and soya sauce. Continue baking, covered until chicken is fork tender. Uncover and bake until brown.
