Castle Stuffed Peppers Ingredients

10 White Castle hamburgers	1/4 ts Chili powder
3 lg Green peppers	1 Dash Tobasco (R) sauce
2 Eggs	1 Jar of your favorite salsa
1/4 ts Cumin

Instructions for Castle Stuffed Peppers

Cut peppers in half lengthwise and core. Chop up hamburgers and mix in eggs, chili powder, cumin and Tobasco. Stuff peppers and place in baking dish. Top with salsa and cover. Bake at 350 deg F. for 45 minutes. From Geminis MASSIVE MealMaster collection at www.synapse.com/~gemini
