Cathes Beef and Snow Peas Ingredients

1/2 lb Beef 1 Garlic clove, pressed
Salt 1/2 c Onion, chopped
Pepper 1/4 lb Snow peas
4 tb Cornstarch, divided 1 c Chicken broth, heated
1 tb Soy sauce 1/4 c Water
1 tb Brandy

Instructions for Cathes Beef and Snow Peas

Cut beef into chunks, sprinkle with salt and pepper. Roll in 2 T cornstarch. Add beef to soy sauce and brandy; mix well. Saute garlic; remove. Cook meat (do not add extra batter); remove. Stir fry onion till limp, add snow peas and heated broth. Cover and steam 15 to 20 seconds, until veggies are crisp-tender.
