Cattle Kings Ranch Hand Chicken Soup Ingredients

6 c Strong flavor chicken stock	1/2 c Chopped yellow squash
2 tb Olive oil	1 c Cooked rice
1/2 c Chopped carrots	Salt, to taste
1/2 c Chopped celery	Black pepper,to taste
1/2 c Chopped red onion	4 Sprigs of chopped cilantro
1/2 c Chopped zucchini

Instructions for Cattle Kings Ranch Hand Chicken Soup

Bring stock to a boil in a large pot. In a separate large pot, heat oil and saute carrots, celery, onion, zucchini and yellow squash.
