Shrimp Scampi Ingredients
1 lb
Shrimp
-peeled
1 tb
Lemon
juice
6 tb
Butter
1/4 ts
Salt
(optional)
1 tb Green
onion
chopped (or more
2 tb Minced
parsley
1 tb Oil
1/4 ts Grated
lemon
peel (or more)
4 Cloves
garlic
Tabasco
or crushed red peppe
Instructions for Shrimp Scampi
Melt butter over medium heat. Stir in onion, oil, garlic, lemon juice and salt. Cook till boiling. Pat shrimp dry and add. Cook stirring occasionally till shrimp turn pink (5 min.) Blend in parsley, lemon peel & tabasco. Garnish with lemon wedge. Serve over angel hair pasta or rice. From Geminis MASSIVE MealMaster collection at www.synapse.com/~gemini

This is a ery simple meal, I served garlic bread with it. It was delicious, my boyfriend loves it.

Good, but needs a sharper lemony taste in my opinion. I added a touch of cream and a dash of fresh lemon juice at the end and it was great.
