Suggest a better descriptionCut off tops of green pepper; remove seeds and membranes. Precook pepper cups in small amount of boiling salted water for 5 min; drain. Sprinkle inside with salt. Combine next 4 ingredients. Add Tabasco, salt and pepper to taste. Fill peppers. Place upright in 10x6 baking dish. Pour tomato sauce around peppers. Bake at 350* for 30 min.
