Sirloin Tip Roast Ingredients
6 lb Tied roast
Vegetables
1/4 ts
Salt
Water
1/4 ts
Pepper
BEST EVER GRAVY
Instructions for Sirloin Tip Roast
Heat oven to 350. Season roast with salt & pepper; place on the vegetables in roasting pan. Roast 1 1/2 to 2 hours (15 minutes per lb. for rare, 20 minutes per lb. for medium), turning the roast 2-3 times & adding water to prevent vegetables from burning.
