Sirloin Tips Ingredients
2 lb Sirloin tip
steak
1 ts
Thyme
1/3 c
Flour
2 ts
Salt
2 lg
Onion
s; thinly sliced
Freshly
ground pepper

Bay leaf
2 Cloves
garlic
Instructions for Sirloin Tips
Remove most of the fat from sirloin tip and cube into 1 inch pieces. Place flour in a plastic sack, then place cubed meat in sack and shake to coat with the flour. Mix beef and remaining ingredients in a 3 quart casserole. Cover. Microwave at high (100%) 7 minutes. Microwave at medium (50%) until meat is tender and sauce is thickened, 60 to 70 minutes, stirring two or three times during cooking. At end of cooking time, discard bay leaf and garlic cloves.
