Baking powder

Sugar

Milk
3 c
Flour
(sifted)

Egg
whites (unbeaten)
2 ts
Lemon
extract
Instructions for Sis Toms White Layer Cake
Cream Crisco and sugar. Sift flour and baking powder. Add flour and milk alternately. Add egg whites one at a time and beat 2 minutes after each addition. Add flavoring. Bake in layers or a tube pan.
