Sis Toms White Layer Cake Ingredients

1 c Crisco 2 ts Baking powder
2 c Sugar 1 c Milk
3 c Flour (sifted) 8 Egg whites (unbeaten)
2 ts Lemon extract

Instructions for Sis Toms White Layer Cake

Cream Crisco and sugar. Sift flour and baking powder. Add flour and milk alternately. Add egg whites one at a time and beat 2 minutes after each addition. Add flavoring. Bake in layers or a tube pan.
