Pineapple Sherbert Ingredients

1 Pineapple	1 tb Lemon juice
1 c Water	1/4 c Sugar

Instructions for Pineapple Sherbert

Slice pineapple in half, lengthwise. Remove pulp and place in saucepan with the remaining ingredients. Cook 5 minutes. Place in food processor or blender until smooth. Freeze until firm.
