Cheddar-Topped Baked Apples Ingredients

3 Cored and sliced apples	1 ts Apple pie spice
3 tb Honey	Pinch of salt
1 tb Lemon juice	1/2 c Shredded extra-sharp,; light
1 tb Cornstarch

Instructions for Cheddar-Topped Baked Apples

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Stir together apples, honey, lemon juice, cornstarch, apple pie spice and salt in non-stick baking dish. Bake 20 minutes and top with cheese.
