Cheddary Scalloped Potatoes Ingredients

2 tb Margarine 1/8 ts Pepper
1 sm Onion, sliced 4 md Potatoes, cooked and sliced
1/2 c Milk

Instructions for Cheddary Scalloped Potatoes

In skillet over medium heat, in hot margarine, cook onion until tender. Stir in soup, milk and pepper. Heat to boiling. Add potatoes. Reduce heat to low. Cover, simmer for 5 minutes, or until hot and bubbling. stirring occasionally. Garnish with sage if desired. Makes 4 servings. Recipe may be doubled. Posted by Stephen Ceideberg; October 14 1992.
