Cheese n Apple Soup Ingredients
1/3 c
Margarine
or
2 1/2 c
Milk
Butter
4 c Gouda cheese,
1/3 c
Flour
Shredded
1/2 ts
Salt
1 c
Apple juice
Instructions for Cheese n Apple Soup
Melt margarine or butter in a saucepan over low heat. Blend in flour and salt. Gradually add milk; cook, stirring constantly, until thickened. Add cheese, stirring until melted.
