Cheese n Bits Ingredients
1 c Small-curd
cottage cheese

Cinnamon
1/4 c
Dried fruit
bits
36 Melba rounds or
toast

1 tb Granulated
sugar
Instructions for Cheese n Bits
In small bowl, combine cottage cheese, Fruit bits, sugar and cinnamon. Spoon 1/2 teaspoon mixture on each melba round. Makes 36 servings. Preparation time: About 5 minutes. Per serving: About 18 cal, 1 g pro, 3 g car, 0 g fat, 10% cal from fat, 0 mg cholesterol, 38 mg sod, 0 g fiber.
