Cheese and Bacon Pinwheels Ingredients

1 c Shredded cheddar cheese 2 tb Green onions; chopped
1/4 c Crisp bacon; crumbled 7 sl Rye bread; crusts removed
1/4 c Margarine; softened

Instructions for Cheese and Bacon Pinwheels

In a small bowl, stir together all ingredients except bread. Flatten each bread slice with a rolling pin. Spread each slice with 1 1/2 Tablespoon cheese mixture. Roll up jelly roll style. Place 4 toothpicks into each piece, then using a serrated knife, cut into 4 pices. Place on a cookie sheet. Heat boriler, and broil for 1 1/2 to 2 1/2 minutes or until lightly browned and cheese is melted. Serve immediately.
