Cheese and Ham Tabbouleh Salad Ingredients

1 c Uncooked bulgur 6 tb Olive or vegetable oil
2 md Tomatoes (1 1/2 cups); 6 tb Lemon juice
1 c Seeded cucumber; chopped 2 tb Chopped fresh mint leaves;
1 c Swiss cheese (4 oz.); cubed 2 ts Crushed dried mint leaves
1/2 c Fully cooked smoked ham; 1/4 ts Salt
1/2 c Chopped fresh parsley 1/4 ts Pepper
3 Green onions (1/4 cup);

Instructions for Cheese and Ham Tabbouleh Salad

Place bulgur in bowl; cover bulgur with cold water. Let stand 30 minutes; drain. Press out as much water as possible. Place bulgur, tomatoes, cucumber, cheese, ham, parsley and onions in glass or plastic bowl. Mix remaining ingredients; pour over bulgur mixture and toss. Cover and refrigerate about 4 hours.
