Cheese and Rice Casserole Ingredients
2 1/2 c
Brown Rice
, cooked
Hoop Cheese
3 Green
Onion
s (scallions),
1 ts Dried
Dill
Chopped
1/4 c
Parmesan
Cheese, grated
1 c Lowfat
Cottage Cheese

1/2 c Lowfat
Milk
Instructions for Cheese and Rice Casserole
Combine all the ingredients in a mixing bowl. Pour into a lightly oiled casserole. Bake in a 350-degree oven for 15 to 20 minutes.
