Six Layer Dinner Ingredients

2 c Carrots; sliced 1 c Onions; sliced
2 c Raw potatoes; sliced 1 c Green peppers; chopped fine
1 c Celery; chopped 2 c Cooked tomatoes
2 c Ground beef Salt and pepper

Instructions for Six Layer Dinner

Recipe by: The Palm Schwenkfelder Church Cookbook Place in layers in greased shallow dish. Season with salt and pepper. Bake at 350 degrees for 2 hours. May be prepared ahead. Can be frozen. Recipe from Joan Macomber. Typed by Lynn Thomas. Source: The Palm Schwenkfelder Church Cookbook, Palm, PA. Lynns notes: I made this on 4-28-97.
