Skewered Sea Scallops Ingredients
1 1/2 lb Large sea
scallop

Bell pepper
s red and green
1/2 c Spicy seasoned
tomato
juice
18 Cherry
tomato
es
1 tb
Red wine vinegar
1 tb
Olive oil
3 Quartered and separated
1 tb
Soy sauce
Instructions for Skewered Sea Scallops

Marinate scallops in mixture of tomato juice nad vinegar for one hour. Reserve marinade, thread drained scallops on skewers alternating with vegetables. Combine oil, soy sauce and 2 tablespoons reserved marinade. Brush mixture on skewered scallops and vegetables,.
