Skewered Sea Scallops Ingredients

1 1/2 lb Large sea scallops 2 Bell peppers red and green
1/2 c Spicy seasoned tomato juice 18 Cherry tomatoes
1 tb Red wine vinegar 1 tb Olive oil
3 Quartered and separated 1 tb Soy sauce

Instructions for Skewered Sea Scallops

From: HallieByrd Marinate scallops in mixture of tomato juice nad vinegar for one hour. Reserve marinade, thread drained scallops on skewers alternating with vegetables. Combine oil, soy sauce and 2 tablespoons reserved marinade. Brush mixture on skewered scallops and vegetables,.
