Skillet Stroganoff Ingredients

1 lb Ground beef 1/4 c Water
1 cn (14.5-oz) ready-to-serve 1/4 c Ketchup
4 oz Uncooked medium egg noodles 1 Clove garlic; minced
1 Jar (4.5-oz) sliced 1 ct (8-oz) sour cream

Instructions for Skillet Stroganoff

In large skillet, brown ground beef over medium-high heat; drain. Stir in all remaining ingredients except sour cream. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low; cook 4-5 minutes or until noodles are tender, stirring occasionally. Stir in sour cream.
