1/4 lb Sharp
Cheddar
; grated

Cayenne
4 ts
Margarine
or butter
6 oz Stuffed Green
Olive

Flour
Instructions for Cheese Olive Balls
Have cheese and margarine or butter at room temperature. Cream together with flour and cayenne. Wrap around olives. Bake at 350 for 15 minutes. Posted to JEWISH-FOOD digest by Nancy Berry

I added about 3 tbsp of olive juice to make a pie crust like dough. I also baked the balls for 25 vice 15 minutes. I got just over 3 dozen balls, using a small-walnut amount of dough for each olive. I made these to take to a party, and I guess I was a little generous with the cayenne - my host asked, "So what are these sinus-clearing surprises, anyway?" They were a big hit - none left! Bonus: they taste great cold as well as hot, which simplifies transporting and serving them.
