Cheese Rice Casserole Ingredients

2 tb Margarine 1 tb Dried parsley
2 tb Onion; minced fine 1 c Cheddar cheese; grated
1 c Rice 3 c Chicken or beef broth

Instructions for Cheese Rice Casserole

Heat oven to 375 degrees. Melt margarine in a "stovetop to oven" type casserole dish (about a 9 inch round one will do) Add onions and saut? until tender. Add Rice and stir for a few minutes. Stir parsley, then cheese into rice. Pour chicken or beef broth over rice. Put casserole in the oven and bake for 45 mins. to 1 hour... until all liquid is absorbed. Just bake the same way.
