Cheese Sticks Ingredients

1 c Flour	3/4 c Grated Cheddar cheese
1 ts Cinnamon	1 Egg, beaten
1 ts Baking soda	1 tb Milk
1/4 c Butter

Instructions for Cheese Sticks

Mix flour, cinnamon, soda. Cut in butter and cheese until mix becomes crumbly. Beat egg and milk together. Add to flour mixture and stir until dough-like consistency. With lightly floured hands, roll teaspoonfuls of dough into sticks. Place 1 inch apart on ungreased sheet. Bake at 375 for 8 to 10 min. Makes one dozen.
