Cheese Topped Meat Loaves Ingredients

2 lb Ground beef	2/3 c Milnot milk
2 c Soft bread crumbs	2 Eggs
3/4 c Chopped onion	1 1/2 ts Salt

Instructions for Cheese Topped Meat Loaves

Mix all of the above in one large bowl. Shape into 8 loaves. Place in ungreased cake pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Top each loaf with American cheese and bake until cheese is melted. From Geminis MASSIVE MealMaster collection at www.synapse.com/~gemini
