Cheese Wafers Ingredients
2 Butter or
margarine
1/4 ts
Red pepper
2 c
Grate
d sharp cheese
2 c Plain
flour
2 c Crispy
rice
cereal
1 ts
Salt
Instructions for Cheese Wafers
Cream butter. Add cheese with electric mixer & mix well. Stir in cereal. Sift & measure flour. Add salt & red pepper to cheese mixture. Roll into 3/4-inch balls. Flatten thin with fork on baking sheet. Bake at 375 for 10 minutes. This will take the place of cheese straws if you have no cookie press. MRS. GORDON WHITE From
