3/4 c Low-fat riotta cheese 1 tb Sugar
Split and toasted Or peaches
1/4 ts Finely shredded lime peel 1/8 ts Ground nutmeg
2 Kiwi fruit -- sliced or

Instructions for Cheese- and Fruit-Topped English Muffins

* In a small bowl, combine riotta cheese, lime peel, lime juice, sugar, and nutmeg. Spread cheese mixture evenly over toasted muffin halves. * Top each muffin half with kiwi fruit slices, strawberry slices or peach slices.
