Cheese-Mushroom Quiche Ingredients

1/2 lb Mushrooms; sliced	1 Egg
3 tb Bread crumbs	2 c Cottage cheese; 1/2% fat
2 Onions	Thyme; salt, pepper
1 c Cheddar cheese; shredded

Instructions for Cheese-Mushroom Quiche
