Cheese/bacon Weight Watchers Waffles Ingredients

1 1/2 c Flour 1 tb Chives; snipped
1/2 c Whole-wheat flour 1 ts Worcestershire sauce
3 ts Baking powder 1 c Cheddar cheese; shredded
1/2 ts Beaumonde seasoning 6 sl Bacon; crisply cooked,
3 Eggs; beaten 3 Egg whites; stiffly beaten
1 3/4 c Milk 6 Eggs; poached
1/4 c Vegetable oil 12 sl Tomato; thinly sliced
1 tb Parsley; snipped

Instructions for Cheese/bacon Weight Watchers Waffles

Combine the beaten egg yolks, milk, oil, parsley, chives and Worcestershire sauce. Add to the dry ingredients and mix well. Stir in the cheese and bacon, then fold in the egg whites.
