Cheesecake Dip Ingredients
3 oz Lowfat
Neufchatel Cheese

Cool
Whip Lite?
3 pk Equal? Sweetener; or 2 Tbsp
1 ts
Vanilla
2 tb
Milk
; 1% Lowfat
Instructions for Cheesecake Dip
Beat cheese, sugar and milk until blended and smooth. Fold in whipped topping and vanilla. Serve with assorted fruits, cookies or cake cubes. Makes 2 cups. NOTES : Aproximately 6 calories per teaspoon. Exchanges per 1 teaspoon: Fat 0.1 (Free Exchange) Approximately 77 calories per 1/4 cup.
