Smoked Rice Ingredients
1/2 Stick
butter
1 ts
Liquid smoke
1 c Diced
celery
1 ts
Garlic
salt
1
Onion
; chopped
Salt and
pepper
to taste
1 cn (10-oz) cream of
chicken
2 c Cooked
rice
1 c
Chicken broth
Instructions for Smoked Rice
Melt butter in heavy skillet. Add celery and onion. Simmer until celery and onion look clear. Add soup, broth, liquid smoke, garlic, salt and pepper. Bring to a boil. Add cooked rice and mix.
