Smoked Salmon and Cream Cheese Omelet Ingredients

1/3 c Smoked Salmon 3 oz Creamed cheese
2 Green onions, chopped 3 Eggs

Instructions for Smoked Salmon and Cream Cheese Omelet

Saute w chopped green onions and 1/3 cup smoked salmon in butter for 2 or three minutes. Stir in cubed cream cheese until melted. Use to fill 2-3 egg omelet. Credit: Luhr-Jensen Recipes sent to me from Bill, wight@odc.net
