Smoked Salmon Stuffed Eggs Ingredients

1/2 c Smoked salmon; minced Salt & pepper; to taste
1/4 c Sour cream 6 Egg, hard cooked
1/4 c Mayonnaise Paprika
1 tb Lemon juice

Instructions for Smoked Salmon Stuffed Eggs

Cut peeled eggs in half lengthwise. Slip out egg yolks and mash with fork. Mix in remaining ingredients. Cover and chill. Fill egg whites with salmon mixture. Garnish with paprika. From Geminis MASSIVE MealMaster collection at www.synapse.com/~gemini
