Smoked Turkey-And-Watercress Pitas with Brown Mustard Sauce Ingredients

1/4 c Plain nonfat yogurt 8 sl Unpeeled tomato,
2 tb Spicy hot mustard 1 c Loosely packed trimmed
2 Pita bread rounds, cut in 1/2 c Shredded lowfat, low-sodium
4 sl Smoked turkey breast

Instructions for Smoked Turkey-And-Watercress Pitas with Brown Mustard Sauce

Combine yogurt and mustard in a bowl, and stir well. Spread mustard sauce evenly on inside surface of each pita half. Place 1 turkey slice, 2 tomato slices, and 1/4 cup watercress in each half; sprinkle with 2 tablespoons cheese. Yield: 4 servings (serving size: 1 pita half).
