Smoky Citrus Kabobs Ingredients

1 lb Pork tenderloin; cut into 1/3 c Orange marmalade
1/3 c Smoky barbecue sauce 2 tb Prepared horseradish

Instructions for Smoky Citrus Kabobs

Thread cubes onto skewers (if using bamboo skewers, soak in water for 30 mins). Stir together remaining ingredients for basting sauce. Place kabobs over medium hot coals. Brush with basting sauce.
