Smoky Salmon Dip Ingredients
6 3/4 oz Smoked
salmon
; well-drained
2 tb
Tomato
juice
8 oz
Neufchatel cheese
1/2 ts
Onion
juice
2 tb Nonfat Italian
salad
1 tb
Onion
soup mix
1 1/4 tb
Lemon
juice
2 tb
Bacon
bits
Instructions for Smoky Salmon Dip
Soften cheese. Place fish in drainer, pour water over, and let drain well to remove some of salt, Place fish and softened cheese in blender in alternate layers.
