Smoky Sausage Chili Ingredients

1 lb Ground or cubed meat Drained (16 oz.)
;(burger, chicken -- turkey 1 c Pace Picante Sauce
Etc ) 1 c Vegetable juice cocktail
1 lg Onion -- coarsely chopped (V8 picante is good
2 ts Chili Powder But makes it very ho
2 ts Ground Cumin 1 cn Tomato Sauce (8oz.) --
1/2 lb Smoked sausage Toppings-----
Sliced 1/4-inch thic Sour cream
And cut in half Shredded cheddar cheese
1 cn Red Kidney Beans Diced avacado

Instructions for Smoky Sausage Chili

Brown meat with onions in a large saucepan or Dutch oven; drain. Sprinkle chili powder and cumin over meat; cook and stir 1 minute. Add remaining ingredients except optional toppings; bring to a boil. Reduce heat; Simmer uncovered 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Ladle into soup bowls and top as desired. Makes about 7 cups of Chili. 6 servings.
