As a drink: 1. In a bowl, beat the heavy cream for 1 minute or until it froths. 2. Add rose water and confectioners sugar. Beat another 30 seconds. 3. Lightly fold in egg whites, reserving a few tablespoons for garnish. 4. Place apple in the center of a punch bowl. (For a colder drink, you may set the punch bowl into a larger bowl of crushed ice.) 5. Pierce apple with sprigs of evergreen. 6. Pour "snow" over apple. Dot evergreen sprigs with bits of reserved egg white. 7. Serve immediately. As a dessert: 1. Sprinkle the cavity of each apple with cinnamon; then stuff with a bit of butter and 1 tablespoon raisins. 2. Place stuffed apples in an ovenproof baking dish which contains 3/4 inch water. =============== Reply 40 of Note 1 ================= Board: FOOD BB Topic: FOOD SOFTWARE Subject: Z-MM-MISC-MEGA To: ASXV66A JAMES KILGORE Date: 06/17 From: ASXV66A JAMES KILGORE Time: 1:21 AM Recipe By : *The following ingredients From: Gary Watson
