Cheesy Lemon Spread (Eb) Ingredients

2 Eggs; slightly beaten	1 ts Lemon peel; fresh grated
1/4 c Lemon juice	1 ds Salt
3 tb Butter or margarine	1 3 oz pkg. cream cheese
3/4 c Sugar

Instructions for Cheesy Lemon Spread (Eb)

In a heavy pan mix eggs, juice, butter, sugar, and salt. Bring to a boil while stirring over low heat, then cook 3 more minutes. Beat cream cheese and lemon peel. When egg mixture is cool, blend into cheese until smooth. Store in refrigerator.
