Cheesy Mushroom and Broccoli Casserole Ingredients

1 lb Velveeta; cut into cubes	1 c Crushed Ritz crackers
2 pk Frozen chopped broccoli	1/4 Stick butter
2 cn (medium) mushrooms; drained

Instructions for Cheesy Mushroom and Broccoli Casserole

Place broccoli in boiling water until it breaks up and turns bright green. Drain well and place in a baking dish (I use the larger corning casserole). Stir in cheese cubes until melted.
