Cheesy Potato Soup Ingredients

8 Potatoes, peeled and cubed 4 oz Sour cream
2 sm Onions, chopped 2 c Milk
4 sl Bacon, fried crisp (reserve 1 cn Cream of celery soup
1/4 c Butter 2 c Potato water
1/2 lb Velveeta

Instructions for Cheesy Potato Soup

Boil potatoes until tender. Set aside, reserving 2 cups of the water. Saute onion in butter until tender. In large saucepan, add milk, potato water, bacon grease, onion and butter, crumbled bacon, soup, sour cream and Velveeta. Simmer all together until cheese is melted. Add potatoes. Potato Lunch
for flavor and categorization

Was the perfect consistency. Just like in a restaurant. My husband and I served with a salad. Even the kids loved it. I added extra bacon. My husband said it would taste good w/ brocolli in it too! Next time!
