Cheesy Roast Beef Hash Ingredients
1/2 lb Cooked roast
beef
, cubed
1 tb
Worcestershire sauce
1 c Frozen sliced
carrot
s
1 c Shredded
Cheddar
or Swiss
1 Jar (12 ounces)
beef
or
2 tb Thinly sliced green
onion
1/4 c Chili sauce
Instructions for Cheesy Roast Beef Hash
In 2-quart microwave-safe casserole combine frozen potatoes, roast beef, carrots, gravy, chili sauce and Worcestershire sauce. Cover loosely with plastic wrap; cook on High 12 to 15 minutes or until heated through, stirring occasionally. Top with cheese and green onion; re-cover and let stand 2 minutes or until cheese is melted. Makes 4 servings. From the files of Al Rice, North Pole Alaska.
