Cheezy Potatoes Ingredients

1 pk (2 pound) of Hashbrown 1 pt Half and Half cream
1 lb Velveeta

Instructions for Cheezy Potatoes

Melt velveeta with Half and Half over double boiler or on low heat. Pour over frozen hashbrown potatoes and bake at 375` for about 1 hour or till potatoes are soft. May need to cover to keep the top from browning too much. Posted to Bakery-Shoppe Digest by ALAYNASM on Apr 10, 1998
