Pinwheel Cake and Cream Ingredients

1 pk (4-serving size) Jell-O 1 sm Peach or nectarine; cut
2 c Cold milk 1 Pound cake loaf (about
1 c Thawed Cool Whip whipped 2 c Summer fruit (see note)
1 ts Grated orange rind

Instructions for Pinwheel Cake and Cream

PREPARE pudding mix with milk as directed on package. Let stand 5 minutes or until slightly thickened Fold in whipped topping, orange rind and peach. ARRANGE pound cake slices on serving plate. Spoon pudding mixture evenly over center of cake slices. Arrange fruit in pudding mixture. Chill until ready to serve. NOTE: We suggest any variety of berries, seedless grapes or sliced peaches, nectarines or plums. MAKES 10 servings, Prep time: 15 minutes From .
