Souperior Italian Meat Loaf Ingredients

2 lb Chicken pieces; I use 1/4 ts Dry rosemary; I use about a
1/4 c Butter or margarine 1 pk Lipton Recipe Secrets
1 cn (14 oz) artichoke 1 lb Ground beef
1/2 lb Mushrooms; sliced 1 1/2 c Fresh bread crumbs
2 Serrano peppers; seeded and 2 Eggs
2 tb All purpose flour 3/4 c Water
2/3 c Chicken broth 1/3 c Ketchup
3 tb Dry sherry

Instructions for Souperior Italian Meat Loaf

Preheat oven to 350F. In large bowl, combine all ingredients. In large baking pan, shape into loaf. Bake 1 hour or until done. Makes about 8 servings.
