Souperior Meat Loaf Ingredients

2 Chicken Breasts, deboned Toothpicks
1/2 c Shredded Part-skim Mozzerela 1 Envelope Lipton Recipe
6 Asparagus Spears, washed and 2 lb Ground beef
Marinara Sauce (bottled or 1 1/2 c Fresh bread crumbs
Rice or Small pasta 2 Eggs
Italian Seasonings (Garlic 3/4 c ;Water
Plus your favorites) 1/3 c Ketchup
V small amount of light oil

Instructions for Souperior Meat Loaf

In a large bowl, combine all ingredients. In a large baking pan, shape into a loaf. Bake at 350 F. for 1 hour or until done. Also good (according to the package) with their beefy onion, onion-mushroom or beefy mushroom soup mixes.) Recipe on Lipton Onion soup mix package. Electronic format by Cathy Harned.
